Common questions

The leaderboard is empty

The team leaderboard uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). Make sure you're signed into iCloud on your device (Settings → [your name] → iCloud) and have an internet connection. The first time you finish a quiz, your score will appear; other players' scores show up after they play.

How do I remove my child's name from the leaderboard?

Email info@luelma.com with the first name + last initial used, and we'll remove those entries.

The questions feel too easy or too hard

Quizzes are built from official USSSA 8U fastpitch rules and standard defensive scenarios, targeted at ages 6–11. If you have suggestions for additional questions, email us.

Does the app cost anything? Are there ads?

No. Softball Quiz is free, has no in-app purchases, and shows no ads.
