Sybles Privacy Policy

Introduction

Sybles is a quiz game designed for children ages 6–12. We take children’s privacy extremely seriously and have built Sybles with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains how the app handles information and is written to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data from children. Sybles does not require account creation, does not ask for names, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information, and does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

Local Data Storage

All game data — including scores, settings, progress, custom question sets, and collectibles — is stored locally on the device only. This data never leaves the device and is not transmitted to any external server.

Third-Party Services

Sybles does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not display ads and do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

Multiplayer Features

Sybles offers two multiplayer options:

• Local Network (Peer-to-Peer): Players on the same local Wi-Fi network can play together. Communication occurs directly between devices on the local network. No data is sent to external servers.
• Apple Game Center: Leaderboard and multiplayer features may use Apple’s Game Center service. Game Center is operated by Apple and governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. Any Game Center account is managed by the device owner through their Apple ID settings.

Online Features & Parental Verification

Any online features within Sybles require parental verification before they can be accessed. We do not enable online communication between children without appropriate parental controls in place.

No External Data Transmission

Sybles does not transmit any data to external servers operated by us or by third parties. The app functions fully offline for single-player gameplay.

COPPA Compliance

In compliance with COPPA:

• We do not collect personal information from children under 13.
• We do not enable children to publicly share personal information.
• We do not use behavioral or targeted advertising.
• We do not condition participation on disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. We encourage parents and guardians to review this policy periodically.
